Introduction
Some product order state change events (KSUs) have associated codes and messages from the underlying WBC notifications. It is important to understand these directly relate to the WBC order and only indirectly relate to the subsequent state of the Broadband One order. Where these exist, they are included in the error message object of the KSU placing the code in "subCode" and the text in "message". Where there is more than one code and message these are concatenated and shown as one message text string. The subCode in this case contains the most "informative" code from the set for the KSU concerned. Occasionally, the same subCode and message will appear in KSUs with different state and subStatus'. This is due to the fact that these codes and messages are persisted against a product order item while subsequent follow on events occur which do not have revised codes and messages of their own.
KSUs codes and messages observed
The following table shows (for a given state and substatus of the "Broadband One Access" product order item) the code and message observed from a live log of a month's worth of orders. Some of these combinations of subCode and message are similar if not in fact the same for different state and subState values. Also the exact concatenation of codes and messages can vary with order scenario.
