Improve customer journeys with Number Verify

Overview

It’s good business sense to make your customers’ online journeys and transactions safer. Whether they be in a web session or in an application, Number Verify silently authenticates to make these journeys quicker and more secure.

Number Verify acts as a fraud indicator, by checking the phone number being used in a mobile web or app session matches the one provided by the customer, or stored on the customer account.

Key features

  • Seamlessly check a customer’s number without interrupting their journey – no need to send a onetime passcode.
  • Verify that a user logging into their account is using the phone number registered to that account.
  • Customers usually use their personal device; a login from a different device could indicate fraud.
  • Note that customers must be on the cellular network for successful verifications to be performed.

Benefits

  • Needs no action or intervention by the customer, making their journey easier
  • Improves conversion in e-commerce journeys
  • Adds protection and security, building customer confidence in digital journeys
  • Reduces potential fraud losses
